My name is Luiza Caramez and art is my passion. I strive to expose, to mark, to provoke with my art, in whatever form it may take. I create artworks revolving around taboos, topics of discomfort, uneasiness and surprise. I am intrigued by humanity, especially the nature of humans. My artworks reflect human actions, thoughts, experiences and feelings. As an artist my goal is to truly immerse myself in one theme, and explore it from as many angles and perspectives that I can. As a result, I rarely stick to one medium and enjoy exploring new materials and techniques in order to enhance my art making processes.
Art has always been apart of my life and it will continue to be in the future. I am looking forward to continuing my art making in university, where finally I will be able to focus more of my time to create.
